These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EnvShareApp, operated by Xplrosolutions OPC Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

EnvShareApp provides a temporary, encrypted secret sharing service. Secrets are encrypted client-side and self-destruct after viewing or expiration. We are NOT a permanent storage solution. This service is designed for short-term credential sharing.

2. Paid Services (Pro & Team)

Pricing & Payment

Pro and Team are one-time lifetime purchases, not subscriptions.
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
Prices may vary by currency and are shown inclusive of applicable taxes.
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.

Refunds & Cancellations

7-day refund window if you have not used Pro/Team features.
Refund amount = net amount received after deducting payment gateway fees (~2%) and GST/taxes (~18%).
No refunds after 7 days or if features have been used.

Feature Access

Your Pro/Team status is linked to your email address. Use the same email you paid with when creating secrets. No login or account creation is required.

3. Data & Secret Handling

⚠️ Important: Secrets Are Unrecoverable

Secrets are permanently deleted after being viewed or upon expiration.
We cannot recover deleted secrets — not even for you.
Do NOT use EnvShareApp as your only copy of sensitive information.
We are not responsible for data loss from one-time viewing.

4. Secure Drop Feature

Secure Drop allows you to create a personal drop link where others can upload secrets to you.

Pro users get 1 Secure Drop inbox; Team users get 5.
Uploads are encrypted client-side before reaching our servers.
You are responsible for the content submitted to your drop box.
We may disable drop boxes that receive illegal or harmful content.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to use EnvShareApp for:

Illegal activities of any kind
Sharing malware, viruses, or harmful code
Storing regulated data (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOX, etc.)
Sharing PII of others without their consent
Harassment, threats, or abuse
Child exploitation material (CSAM) — reported to authorities
Circumventing security measures

6. Intellectual Property

EnvShareApp, its logo, design, and code are property of Xplrosolutions OPC Pvt Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of our service without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

EnvShareApp is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or complete security. Use at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xplrosolutions OPC Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of EnvShareApp.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (if any).

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to EnvShareApp at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of EnvShareApp after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
