EnvShareApp Pro and Team are one-time lifetime purchases offered by Xplrosolutions OPC Pvt Ltd. We process payments through Razorpay, a licensed payment aggregator in India. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms in accordance with Razorpay guidelines and applicable laws.
⚠️ Important Notice About Refunds
Refund Amount: All refunds are processed for the net amount received by us after deducting:
- Payment gateway fees (charged by Razorpay, typically 2%)
- GST/taxes already remitted to government (18% GST in India)
- Bank/currency conversion charges for international payments
For example, if you paid ₹499, the refund amount would be approximately ₹400-420 after deductions. This is standard practice as taxes paid to the government and gateway fees cannot be recovered.
Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Refund (7-Day Window)
Requests made within 7 days of purchase where you have NOT used any Pro/Team features. Net amount (after tax and gateway fee deductions) will be refunded.
Technical Issues (Case-by-Case)
If you experience technical issues preventing use of paid features, contact us. We may offer a full net refund or credit based on the situation.
Not Eligible for Refund
- Requests made after 7 days of purchase
- If Pro/Team features have been actively used
- Change of mind after using the service
- Promotional or discounted purchases (unless specified)
Cancellation Policy
EnvShareApp Pro and Team are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Therefore, there is nothing to cancel — there are no recurring payments.
Once purchased, your lifetime access remains active. If you wish to no longer use the service, simply stop using it. Your Pro/Team features will remain available if you return later.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please visit our Contact page with the following details:

- Email used for payment
- Payment ID (from Razorpay receipt)
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund

Refunds are processed via Razorpay to your original payment method. International refunds may take longer due to bank processing times.
Refund Amount Calculation
The refund amount is calculated as follows:
Refund = Amount Paid - Gateway Fees - GST/Taxes
Example (₹499 payment in India):
= ₹499 - ₹10 (2% gateway) - ₹76 (18% GST)
≈ ₹413 refund
Why can't we refund the full amount?
GST (Goods & Services Tax) is remitted to the Government of India immediately upon payment. This amount cannot be recovered. Similarly, Razorpay charges a non-refundable processing fee.
